What kind of image should I send?
High resolution images that are high contrast or line work such as the one below are preferred. The following two images present a very clear path to engrave, and will not require a re-design fee. As long as the image is high contrast, it can be color.
The images below however are low quality and do not provide a clear path to engrave. These images would require a re-design. 
  
We are able to turn photographs such as the one below into linework. However, this will always require a re-design and will incur an extra charge. 
Below is the resulting design that is now a high contrast linework image that can be engraved. 
  
How are these coasters made?
These coasters are made out of solid aluminum that is anodized to give it a beautiful color. We then take an image that you provide and convert it into a design that we can engrave. 
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. These products are custom so please allow up to 10 business days for production time. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after the order is indicated as shipped please email us at info@pacific-coasters.com.

I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include the name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is in transit to you, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@pacific-coasters.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. You may not receive a refund if you have not contacted us within 24 hours.
